Requests to use Tanglewood are limited to the following groups and must be approved by the President using the form below and submitted at least one month in advance.

If approved, requestors are responsible for the cost and coordination of catering needs, room setup, and audio/music (if applicable).

Requestor must work directly with Aramark's New Street for Catering, and contact Kaysey Davis to coordinate live music through the Wells School of Music.
